Training was tough once again. Running 15rounds along th tracks, 300 throws each. Wowwww .. Siao ehh ...15 rounds leh. Nvm, can slim down. I wanna slim down my tummy. Hehehe. Alex came too ^^After training. Decided t call someone, which totally spoil my mood. & i think i'm gonna die. I shall not worry too much. Let nature take it's course. Till then i will panic like mad. K, i really hope i can go malaysia with Alex t take a short break. I don't want to worry so much. Because my family seriously suck like fuck.
