Ok, this is gonna be a lengthy post. Because i want to rant & let you guys know the situation i'm in now ...& i'm setting the date to the exact day (Friday, imagine today is thursday) when these happened, so it's clear to you guys. So time check: 9.44pm Saturday. (current)

(This is my report to my Faci) 

Yesterday i approached my supervisor and ask if i could take leave for my award ceremony. Supervisor told me that she could not make decision, so she bring me to a higher authority, which i think he's the assistant manager. I told him what i told to my supervisor, whether i could take leave. If i can't then its okay, I'll come back to work. The manager approved. So my supervisor asked him whether i need to submit any emails or report. He shook his head. So i said "confirm ah" he nod his head. So i said thank you.

Then i sent email to you alr. You asked me to take half day and write a black and white letter. I thought to myself that since there is my supervisor and assistant manager to prove for me, i think there is not a need to write a black and white report/letter. And since they approved my day leave, then i just not report for work. Because thats what i applied for verbally. 

But i don't know why how come they act like they don't know why i'm not there.

I hear your side of the story.
I will talk to your supervisor to find out what happens next week, before I seek higher authority for any action taken.
I have advised you to do it the proper way (to get the proper approval) but you haven't.
However, there is no excuse that you will need to take a whole day off/leave for this evening event.
 Is the event official?
All these are not explained clearly.

So in the morning, this random hp number called me. I knew it was about my leave for work. I'm not awake yet, so i didn't picked up. I called back, and it's my faci's hp number. So, he explained to me. 

My supervisor called faci & asked why am i not at work today. Hellooooo, bitch please, didn't i applied leave from you and assistant manager? I get approval from you, and assistant manager said i don't need to write any email or what ever shit leh. Then how come both of you pua stun & say not sure why am i not here? Wtf. THIS IS WHAT I CALLED STORY CHANGER <--- said that i don't need to write anything black and white, then now claim that they not sure. 

Faci also told me that the supervisor said that i have bad working attitude. I don't know whether faci is trying to scare me, or did my supervisor really said it.  Well, 

1. i came work 30mins early because i was on the shuttle bus. 
2. I leave workplace 5mins earlier because i need to catch the shuttle bus too.
3. I left for lunch and came back on time.
4. When i have no work to do, i ask my supervisor to give me something to do.
5. I only MC-ed once, which is half day cause i was having gastric. Whats wrong with my attendance too right? 
6. So what reason can you say that i have bad working attitude?

Mayyyyybe i learn things from the bitch (wenhui) a little slower. But that DOESN'T mean that I HAVE BAD WORKING ATTITUDE. Learn to differentiate SLOW LEARNING and BAD WORKING ATTITUDE. Goshhh ~

& another thing that pisses me off, is that bitch. This bitch, is another two-faced snake. She told me not to do that task first because no instruction is given, and other stuffs she said, i follow it. Then when the senior came and ask for the work. SHE, that bitch, shrug off her responsibilities and keep saying "i don't know, all these job is all handled by her (geraldine) alr." Then she keep don't know don't know. FUCK. YOU FUCKING TOLD ME NOT TO DO IT FIRST LEH. ccb, this bitch sabo-ed me 2 times. knn, sibei dulannnnnnnn!!!

So, the situation now, is that i'm missing from work without leave & without MC & without any reason. It's like i MIA from work.

THIS IS ALL FUCKING BULLSHIT. IT MIGHT COST ME TO REPEAT MY WHOLE IIP, WHICH MEANS I HAVE TO REPEAT THE WHOLE SEM, WHICH MEANS I CAN'T GRADUATE UNTIL 2014. Bitch please
